CORE Utilities, Inc. is founded on integrity and hard work.  Paul Smedshammer, the founder and CEO of CORE Utilities, Inc. has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.  Paul believes that hard work and integrity are essential for a business to be successful.  Maybe that is why CORE Utilities has 100% client retention since opening our doors in 1997!

CORE is located in Petaluma, California and provides services to small and mid-sized businesses throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties.  CORE’s clients range across industries but share a common goal to focus on their “core” business, with technology working seamlessly in the background.
